• Instant Access for Hosts: As the event host, you have real time access to all photos as they are taken (both branded and unbranded) creating an opportunity to post to social media platforms, livestream highlight photos during the event and more.  
• Immediate delivery: not only enhances your guests’ experience but also amplifies your event’s reach and impact by triggering ‘trending’ algorithms with the help of automatic hashtags included every time a photo is shared from the gallery. Trending helps your organization get recommended to new audiences on social media platforms, growing the online presence of the organization…and did we mention immediate delivery!?
• Sponsor/VIP Recognition: All attendee galleries will include a footer that may contain sponsor logos, website links, mission statements…or whatever you choose. It’s a great way to add value to sponsorships for both the sponsor and the organization.
• Engagement Data: Attendees choose how they want to receive their photos (text, email, whatsapp). After the self registration period has expired (7 days after the event is standard) the event host will receive the list of attendees who accessed their gallery and the contact information they provided, creating a more direct way to connect with your most engaging supporters.
• Follow Up Message: Event hosts have the option to send a predetermined follow up text or email to attendees up to 14 days after the event. This message can be a call to action or simply a “Thank You” for attending.

2. Host Access: A live gallery link is provided to the event host, giving them instant access to all images as the event takes place.
3. Guest QR Code: We provide you with a QR code for guests to scan. Guests upload a selfie and select their preferred delivery method (email or text).
4. Instant Notifications: As our photographers capture moments, guests receive notifications with their photos, ready to download and share.
5. Real-Time Sharing: Guests and hosts can upload their branded photos to social media platforms during the event, enhancing engagement.
6. Unbranded Gallery: Within 48 hours, you receive an unbranded gallery of all event images without the branded frames.
7. Follow-Up Options: Eight days after the event, we offer an optional add-on to send follow-up messages to guests or provide a detailed list of all registered attendees.
